Oracle Customer Success Services

I held a few different roles, all focused on increasing customer engagement, improved strategy and better technology enabled business solutions. Most of this was managing the development and activation of North America Industry Roundtables and part of a larger team that delivered Oracle Customer Advisory Board meetings, engaging Oracle's top C-level customers globally. I partner cross-functionally with leadership, sales, and customer teams to create content and communications frameworks, manage compliance and governance, and ensure program consistency across regions. I hold an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure AI Foundations certification, supporting data-driven enablement and program insights.
